Children loved the sensory component of this process art project. They took their time squishing the sponges, talking about how the textures felt and the different prints you could get. The result is quite pleasant as you can see!
-kitchen sponges of different textures
-paint in different colors
-large canvas or white cardboard
-plastic table cover (optional)
Pour the paint on the plates (one or two colors in a plate). Set the plastic table cover on the floor and the cardboard on top, model how to print and let the children do the rest!
Thanks for reading!
